We are in the process of expanding our footprint and require the services of a recruiter on a contract basis with the potential of becoming a more full time permanent role.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Federal Govt. Recruiting experience (2-4 years)
- Experience screening candidates for various Govt. contract rolls
- Experience interviewing candidates
- The ability to gather information from candidates to substantiate Govt Role requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised.
- Demonstrated ability to use various tools and social media platforms to find and secure resources.
- Experience validating and substantiating resource qualifications for multiple IM/IT and Administrative roles within the Federal Govt.
- Knowledge of the various Govt. Procurement vehicles, i.e. TBIPS, SBIPS, TSPS, THS, ProServices.
Non mandatory requirements:
- Bilingual (French, English)
- Federal Govt. Security clearance.
