The consultant will be required to perform the following tasks within a call centre environment:
- Provide fully bilingual technical support of the FirstClass software to members of the Canadian judiciary.
- Provide fully bilingual technical support related to installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software assets to users.
- Provide fully bilingual technical support to users of the Office’s A/V boardroom equipment, including supporting WebEx sessions.
All work including tasks and deliverables will be completed in the English and French spoken and written.
All work must be performed on site, at 99 Metcalfe Street, between 9AM – 5PM, Monday – Friday. For operational purposes, these hours are non-negotiable.
