We have a private sector client looking for Financial Help Desk Support Representatives to support customers on their platform. Full training will be provided see job description below. Please apply if you are interested.
- Experience in the Financial Services Area is a must
- Staff the Zendesk function – JIRA client help desk function
- Meet SLA targets in accordance with client agreements
- Provide added support to clients including webinars, product demonstrations
- Prioritize JIRA technical defect tickets for the development team
- Assist the development team in understanding and testing technical defect fixes
- Provide testing and other quality assurance activities as requested
- Provide insights to the product management and executive teams related to client experience, product usage and desirable product enhancements
