The objectives of this contract may include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:
Fully functioning and tested release of the latest version of OpenText Teamsite
Analysis of SSC end-state datacenter and cloud platform to future upgrades
Architecture of the future state of the department’s WCMS within the Digital Communication Platform (DCP) project
Daily support and maintenance of the OpenText Teamsite Web Content Management Systems.
Scope of Work
The Contractor shall carry-out to the satisfaction of the Departmental Representative the following tasks, deliverables and milestones: 2.1 Tasks
Installation and configuration of the OpenText (formerly Interwoven) Teamsite
Architect and design web based components from requirements (use cases).
Develop and implement administration tools as required.
Architect and upgrade the WCMS (Teamsite) to the latest vendor support version on the GAC environment, cloud or SSC end-state data-centre
Troubleshoot issues reported by web site owners and the Quality Assurance Group.
Provide all documentation required by the Software Development Lifecycle.
Provide the development lead with ongoing reports on project status
2.2 Deliverables
Documented designs for the solution within scope of this contract
Documented source code checked into the department’s source code repository
Documented responses to problem reports (report to be given in remedy, email etc);
Weekly Status Report to the Project Authority indicating project status, outstanding issues and associated recommendations, and remaining work on project for the next reporting period
Mandatory Requirements
The proposed resource has a minimum of 10 years of experience in an IT environment as an Application Architect Level 3
Provide two (2) references from projects cited within the last five (5) years that can validate the experience of the proposed resource.
The proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years of development experience with each of the following Programming Languages within the last five (5) years from bid closing date:

JQuery
C# .NET
JavaScript
CSS
The proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years of development experience within the last five (5) years from bid closing date, with each of the following OpenText (formerly Interwoven) products (TeamSite V16 or higher, Open Deploy V16 or higher, Workflow Modeler V16 or higher).
The proposed resource has installed and configured one (1) production implementation of OpenText (formerly Interwoven) TeamSite (V16 or higher) and Open Deploy (V16 or higher).
The proposed resource has a minimum of (2) years experience within the last (5) years from bid closing developing applications using Java within the OpenText (formerly Interwoven) Teamsite environment.
The proposed resource has an Interwoven TeamSite Administrator certificate. A copy of the certificate must be provided in the proposal.
